On 19 June 2024, EtonHouse International School Orchard came alive with joy and celebration as the Class of 2024 gathered with their families, educators, and friends for their graduation ceremony.

This milestone was not just a conclusion but a launchpad, signifying the graduates’ readiness to embrace the future with confidence and purpose.

The ceremony reflected the essence of the EtonHouse experience—academic excellence, personal growth, and a strong sense of community. Principal, Robert Randall, set the tone for the evening with an empowering message. “Believe in yourself,” he urged the graduates. “You’ve already achieved so much. Trust your instincts and your abilities. The future is bright, and it belongs to you.”

This sentiment was echoed by Guest of Honour, Mr. Ng Yi-Xian, Group CEO and Executive Director of EtonHouse International Education Group. His address encouraged the graduates to envision their roles in shaping a better world. “I hope that you are the leaders who lead with empathy, the innovators that create with purpose, and the citizens of the world that help make it a better place,” he said. “I stand here filled with pride and hope for the future you’re about to create.”

The graduates themselves added a personal and heartfelt layer to the event. Shun Kuroki, recipient of the EtonHouse Academic Scholarship and Maths Awards for Excellence, reflected on the camaraderie that defined their journey. “We’ve been extremely fortunate to be part of such an incredible school and community. Over the years, we’ve laughed together, studied together, and built memories that will last a lifetime.”

Jessica Williams, another Academic Scholarship recipient, turned the spotlight on the collective potential of the Class of 2024. “This room is filled with curious, headstrong, and intelligent people,” she said. “These traits will empower you to achieve incredible things, no matter where life takes you.”

The evening was a rich blend of emotions—pride in accomplishments, gratitude for the support of educators and families, and excitement for the path ahead. The Class of 2024 leaves EtonHouse with not only knowledge but also the courage and character to make meaningful contributions to the world.
